When someone is living with a life-limiting illness or approaching the end of their life, the right care can make an enormous difference to their quality of life and to the wellbeing of their family. Our palliative and end of life care service is built on compassion, dignity and respect.

We work closely with families, GPs, district nurses, hospices and specialist palliative care teams to ensure each person receives seamless, coordinated support. Our carers are trained in palliative care principles and are committed to honouring each person's wishes and preferences throughout their journey.
